Grass Carp Paste alla Hluboka

Ingredients
- grass carp
- mayonnaise
- tartar sauce
- a piece of each: kunovjanka (vegetable mix)
- root vegetable
- pepper, allspice, bay leaf, salt
- vinegar
- lemon squash
Procedure
Wash the grass carp and boil it
in vinegar water.
Add seasoning and vegetable.
Continue to boil until the carp
is tender.
Remove the meat and add sliced vegetable, mayonnaise, tartar sauce,
salt, and lemon squash.
